The pros and cons about this traveler cup

I first like to say I have the Maya Angelou Still I Rise cup and here's my pros and cons
My pro its
durable
fashionable
Sturdy
Your drink stays cold for about 4 hours
The cons
The hot drinks stay hot for 3 hours
Its hot to the touch so u need a cup holder to put around it
The top needs to be made u lift up the tab not slide back
I use to get a lot of complements when we worked in the office. I did order one for my daughter and some other friends and co-workers and they love it
